The rapid advancement of digital technologies has accelerated the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI), intelligent automation, and data-driven decision support systems across modern enterprises. While these technologies enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and competitiveness, concerns regarding transparency, security, accountability, and trust remain significant barriers to widespread adoption. Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) has emerged as a critical approach for improving the interpretability of AI models, enabling organizations to understand, validate, and justify automated decisions. This study explores the development of trusted enterprise ecosystems by integrating explainable AI, secure automation, and intelligent decision support within scalable organizational frameworks. The research examines the technological foundations, implementation strategies, governance mechanisms, and organizational factors that contribute to trustworthy enterprise systems. A qualitative research methodology based on an extensive review of scholarly literature, industry reports, and conceptual frameworks is employed to identify best practices and implementation challenges. The findings indicate that transparency, cybersecurity, ethical governance, regulatory compliance, human oversight, and robust data management are fundamental components of trusted enterprise ecosystems. Secure automation enhances operational reliability while reducing human error, and intelligent decision support improves strategic planning through predictive analytics and real-time insights. The study concludes that integrating explainable AI with secure automation and intelligent decision support strengthens organizational trust, promotes responsible innovation, improves stakeholder confidence, and supports sustainable digital transformation in increasingly complex business environments
